| Application methods: | application temperature 45-55¡æ, pH value 4.5-5.5 adjusted with HAc, plant trials of garments should be carried out first to define the optimum operation conditions. Normal dosage 2-3% (owf), ratio 1:8-12, treating for 40-50 minutes Practical dosage is dependent on the following factors: a. matrix type b. matrix structure and composite c. treating time d. processing parameters and used auxiliaries e. type of washing machine Enzyme deactivation: if the desired result is obtained, all cellulase should be deactivated, otherwise the strength will loss too much. Two methods are adopted for deactivation: a. treatment with chlorine bleaching agent b. adding enough alkali to adjust pH value above 9, and raising the temperature to 60¡æ and treating 15 minutes. |
